Hi Mark,

I just wanted to drop you line to say we had a fabulous time in the villas. We stayed in villa 18 b. It's old but clean and
everyone was very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately our golf cart broke down 5 times and we just switched and lived
happier ever after. We went to the Sunday VIP party but it started to pour right in the middle of serving dinner. Those poor
people tried so hard to make everyone comfortable, but hell just drink and laugh. They actually had to cancel the party
and rescheduled it for Monday night, very impressive! Fortunately we were able to see the show and loved it. I will definitely
recommend booking through you to my friends and we hope to get there again with a group of friends in 2 years, next year is
booked. Please remember me :) thank you for your time in setting up the trip, the people were fabulous, I have no idea what
other people were complaining about. Well back to reality and dieting to lose what we all gained.

I just wanted to take this opportunity to tell you that we had a great time in DR as your VIP guest. We were in Villa 9a and
although this was one of the older villas - it was everything as promised. We got to tour the new villas being built and all I
can say is "WOW!" and can we stay in them next time?

The people at the resort could not have been nicer. They were waiting for us at the airport and check in/check out was easy.
The golf cart we got on the 1st day was not running well so they replaced it the next day with a newer one. And the maid
service was great. They kept our refrigerator stocked everyday. And the golf pro even stopped by mid-week to remind us that
we had a free round of golf and offered to book our tee time, but we declined - it was just too hot.

Ocean World was fantastic - the kids (21 year olds) just loved it and having the entrance fee "free" allowed us to do the
dolphin swim & the sea loin encounter - which was awesome.

A great time was had by all of us - and I have already recommended you to friends & family -- there are a couple of people I
work with that are thinking about booking a trip in 2009.

If we decide to go back to the Dominican Republic we'll book thru you again -- we'd just like to stay in one of the newer villas

I wanted to write you and let you know that we had a great time on our trip (Oct. 20th - 27th). We had such a good time that we were hoping to go back for New Years Eve, but it looks as though air fare is much to high to do so. I think at this time we are looking to book a trip in late April and would like to go through you once again as you seem to have the up most respect of resort management and I find that comforting.

There is one thing I would like to make sure we get next time we visit and I am not sure you can guarantee it but I wanted to ask. I would really prefer to have a villa with central air next time as we were in villa 67 this time which does not have air in the main part of the villa. Let me know if you can arrange this for next time and I will get back to you rather quickly on the dates that we will be looking to schedule.

Hi Dan,

Just recently returned from staying at D.R. in a 4-bedded villa - it was great! So great we would like to re-book again and just wondered what you could do for us. We need again at least a 4-bedded villa ( there are 6 of us so I don't know if impossible to get one on the lovely 6-bedded ones which we looked at with pool room, bars etc (they were amazing) ? We were hoping for End June time but not sure about availability - if none available when is the soonest you have one ? Do you do just weekly bookings or do you do also part weekly, we were hoping for 2 - 3 weeks.

Anyway looking forward to hearing from you and as soon as we get dates we'll sort flights !

We just returned from the DR. It was great. Weather was perfect every day. I dropped your name a lot so you might be getting some more people renting thru you.
My brother in law left a DVD (Bourne Supremacy) in the DVD player. We were in villa 53. Do you think you could check with the resort to see if it is still there and have them send it to me?

Also, we discussed going to Aruba. Do you have access to a 3+ bedroom villa in Aruba? Or 3+ bedroom villas anywhere that we can rent thru you?

My wife and I got home early yesterday from our trip to the DR. We had a great time and are looking forward to going back again. Everywhere we went, everyone knew your name. They would say, "Oh you're a guest of Meester Owstun."

The moment we went to check in, we were pounced on by a guy from customer service who proceeded to tell us that the villas were overbooked and if we would agree to take three junior suites they would comp the entire week. We agreed and gave up our villa. At this point things went slightly sideways. They didn't give us the golf carts we ordered, because in their minds we didn't need them any longer, I beg to differ.

Our accommodations were nothing short of excellent, but we chose to give up our villa, so no complaints there. Having a couple of golf carts would have been very nice though. One thing I do have a complaint about (not directed to you) is the sales pitch everyday by the buffet. Those guys are brutal! They harass you until you tell them to f**k off or go to their presentation. One couple in our group went to the spiel and left after about 40 minutes of the pitch and pissed off the guy giving the pitch. Thought you might like to know, in the sales presentation they told our friends that you make roughly $XXX,XXX.00 a year renting out your membership. True or not, they shouldn't be saying things like that. I'd be pissed if it was me!

Except for a couple of boo boo's the vacation was a good time had by all. If the weather would have been a little more cooperative it would have been nearly perfect. I think next time we'll plan on going mid April and maybe things will be drier.

Thanks for everything you did to help put our vacation together. I will certainly tell all my friends to contact "Meester Owstun" about a vacation in the DR!

My group and I would like to thank you for all of your help on our trip to Lifestyle Resort from May 2^nd- 9^th. We all had a wonderful time and the resort exceeded our expectations. The villa was roomy and the daily breakfasts were outstanding. The golf cart and Ocean World tickets were a boon and really enhanced our enjoyment of the vacation. It was a pleasure doing business with you. The trip was absolutely amazing and I fell in love with the resort. The service was outstanding!!. They did give us an older villa but we were fine with that.

I just wanted to let you know we just got home from your resort in the Dominican and absolutely loved it! My husband and I want to thank you for offering us such a wonderful vacation. We loved our villa and the other part of our group loved their villa as well. The service was the best I have ever experienced in the Caribbean! The people were so hospitable and seemed truly happy. Having the golf carts was awesome, but the we can't say enough good things about the VIP Gourmet! Our excursion to the nearby falls was cancelled mid-way due to the deaths of a set of parents, but all in all, we had a wonderful trip! We plan on suggesting you and your great package to many people and we know you will take great care of them.

Hi Mark,

We had such a wonderful time and a lot of our friends and family have asked for your website after hearing about our trip and seeing the pics!!! Of course we gave them your website

. We loved the trip and we are looking forward to another vacation next summer. We want to travel to a different destination though (we're trying to go to as many places as possible!). Are all of the resorts listed all-inclusive or will it specify? Also, I noticed when I click on different ones it doesn't tell the max person allowance or the size of the rooms. So I guess my question is have you traveled to a lot of the resorts outside of the DR and do you have any recommendations? Also, are the prices the same at all of the resorts? We're thinking Hawaii, Costa Rica, Brazil, or Aruba. Any advice you offer would be greatly appreciated!!! Thank you so much and I look forward to working with you again

The villa was beautiful. Everything was perfect. My family was treated likes kings/queens for the week. It was also a pleasant surprise to get to meet you there. I got home Wednesday night. I wanted to say thank you. The place was everything you said it would be. I took advantage of everything they had to offer: the welcome party, the restaurants, passes to Ocean World, and of course the helicopter ride. There was a bit of a problem with the helicopter ride, but a couple of phone calls got everything straightened out. I would love to hang a poster of the place in our crew room, and in our travel offices. Do you have any available? It would be a great
place to pick up some extra business. I do have to tell you that flight attendants, and particularly pilots, like a great deal. Your place isn't the least expensive in Puerto Plata by far, but I think the value is definitely worth it. I'd love to get a group of friends together to rent a villa, maybe in the late spring, because I definitely want to go back again. I try to get to the DR about 9 or 10 times a year. Sometimes I stay with friends, but mostly at hotels or resorts. I didn't talk with anyone about the programs available in case you are able to tell me about it.

Anyway, thank you so much! We had a great time. The food was good, the service was amazing, in the true Dominican style.
I had gone on line on Friday night before I left and there were a LOT of mixed reviews about the place. The reviews were either 4 star or 1 star...nothing in between. I think the one star "voters" must have been expecting the moon and the stars. The rooms were spotless, the staff friendly and attentive. Oh. And thank you for getting me such an amazing room with a view! Where is your villa? Is it right on the ocean?

Good Morning Mark,

We are back! Thank you so much for allowing us to rent from you. We had an excellent holiday despite the weather (lots of rain). The service was excellent and the resort was something to remember!

We met a couple from England that had also rented from you and we are all in favor you are excellent to deal with and it made our trip much easier thanks to your expertise.

For future reference, we would like to return, however, would like to look into a 2 � 3 bedroom villa. If it is possible to get us the prices on that, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks again.
